General Information
1. Passports and Visas
U.S. passport holders with ordinary passports, valid for a minimum of 6 months, who wish to stay in Spain for tourist or business purposes for up to 90 days, do not require a visa. For stays exceeding 90 days, and for passport holders of any other country, please contact the Consulate of Spain nearest you regarding visa requirements. 2. Medical Information
The National Health Care System in Spain has a vast network of medical centers and hospitals spread across the country. They offer primary care services, as well as specialized attention. Although you will be treated in case of emergency, you will need to pay for medical attention, so you are advised to purchase health insurance. In any case, we recommend that you find out from your health insurance provider, or social care institution, about their requirements and policies about getting medical attention in Spain.
Medications
In Spain, medications are obtained at pharmacies. They are marked with a green cross. If you are taking any medication it is recommended that you carry a letter from your doctor stating your prescription and dosage.
Vaccines
No vaccines are required when traveling between the United States and Spain.
Emergency
The emergency phone number is 112, valid and free in the entire Spanish territory.
3. Shopping and Taxes
Shopping
Travelers will find a great variety of items in Spain: ceramics, jewelry, suede and leather goods, designer clothing, shoes, fans, handicrafts, antiques, art objects, etc.
Taxes and Tax Free Shopping
A 7 or 16 percent V.A.T. (Value Added Tax) tax is added to rates for all products and services. This V.A.T. tax on services is not refundable.
You might also find it convenient to reclaim your tax through Global Refund Tax Free Shopping, a service offered by major retailers worldwide. For further information on its procedures you may visit http://www.globalrefund.com.

1. How does the group size affect the cost of our trip?
Larger groups certainly save money. We customize tours for small groups, but for the best deal, larger groups are encouraged.
2. Can family members and/or friends come along on our trip?
Yes, supporters are always welcome. In addition to the soccer aspect of your trip, our trips offer wonderful sightseeing and cultural experiences in Spain that can be enjoyed by all.
3. Do I need to make my own airline reservations?
We take care of airfare from major US cities. Our tour prices include airfare departing from any of these cites and arriving in most cases to Madrid (Spain).
4. Can I fly out of my local airport?
Yes, travelers can fly out of their local airports at their own cost.
5. How much luggage can each person bring?
Most airlines allow two check-in pieces and one carry on. However, please keep in mind that once in Spain your group will be traveling either on a bus or in vans, depending on the size of the group. Therefore, please try to pack accordingly.
6. What type of transportation do we use while in Spain?
Once in Spain, our groups travel in top quality charter buses and/or minivans.
7. Where do we stay when we are in Spain?
Our tour prices contain accommodations at the "City of Futbol" (Madrid) and/or other preferred locations. The "City of Futbol" is home to the Spanish National Team, and its one of the best soccer facilities in the world. The "City of Futbol" includes a 4 to 5 stars hotel that will allow any team to fully concentrate into their preparation for top competition.
Furthermore, according to the needs of each of the groups, we can also make reservations at three, four or five star hotels throughout Spain at the request of the group.
8. What meals are included in the price?
We offer prices for breakfast, half or full board. Half board includes two meals a day (typically one being breakfast), and full board includes three meals a day.
9. Can we see a professional official soccer game?
Yes. We offer the option to watch professional soccer games in Spain. Please, keep in mind that we offer this option when "La Liga" and/or Champions League are in season. There may be times when there are no games being played.
10. Is sightseeing included in the price?
Yes, sightseeing is included in your tour price. We customize the tour according to what your group would like to see and do, thus the time spent sightseeing is up to you.
11. Will my child be well supervised on the trip?
Yes, along with any coaches and supporters that come on the trip, there will always be an eSoccer tour director with your group. This person is available at all times, and will be with your group at soccer events and any outings.
Financial Questions
1. Can I use a credit card to pay for the trip? What payment options do I have?
You can pay for the trip through various payment options: (1) a secure and friendly to use credit card system ("Paypal") through our Website, and/or (2) wire the payment directly to eSoccer.
2. Can I use a credit or debit card in Spain?
Yes, ATM's are readily available all over Spain. You can take money out of an ATM with your bank card from home, and only a small fee will apply.
3. Will eSoccer help us with fundraising for our group trip?
